My friends. I need your input. While this blog is mine and I usually write about whatever suits me, I'd like to know what you guys would like to read about. What do you like about Diligent Joy? What annoys you about Diligent Joy? What would you like to see more/less of.
I feel like I need a little push in the right direction as I have been lacking inspiration lately.
Also, if you have any beauty/hair related questions, please ask them. If I can't answer them, I'll find someone that can. Beauty Aisle posts are my favorite but I'm often not very good at thinking of topics.
By the way, NONE- not one- of these questions is rhetorical. Lay it on me, my sweets.

The only thing that has annoyed me with your blog is that it stopped showing up in my reader. I did everything I could to get it there, to no avail. That problem seems to be fixed now, though. I have like 35 posts that just popped up.
ReplyDeleteI love everything about your blog. Beauty stuff, pins, Harper goodies. I know I've said this before, but Harper's a few months older than my daughter and I like the preview. Pics are good. I'd love to see more of your home/decorating aesthetic.
I most love posts about Harper, motherhood, family, etc. :)

I think your daughter is adorable and love her personality, love books and totally enjoy your reviews/recommendations, and also love how you get all introspective. ReplyDeleteYou know I can't get enough of your posts, no matter what they are about. Does that sound too gushy/#1 fan -ish? Sometimes when I feel like I'm hitting a rut or lacking inspiration, I try something that's completely out of my comfort zone. It's fun (at least for me) and gets the blood flowing again so that I can feel like I'm in the groove again.
ReplyDeleteAhhh Abby I do so love your blog! I might only comment every now and then but I do read it every day :) I love any posts regarding beauty/ haircare, books, and of course Harper! She seems like such a hilarious girl and its obvious how much you enjoy being her mother. I hope I enjoy motherhood just as much when I have kids one day. For suggestions, I would love it if you could do more hair tutorials because your hair always looks amazing! Maybe you could also do a post on books you are currently reading/planning to read? Otherwise I have no complaints so keep the posts coming!
